Initiatives at the Kawasaki Energy Center of the Natural Gas Department

The SAN-AI OBBLI Natural Gas Department has established the Kawasaki Energy Center within ANA Town Business Center of All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. to provide heat and electricity using a natural gas cogeneration system. Cogeneration systems use natural gas to supply steam, hot water, etc. at the same time as power generation. Supplying the most appropriate energy to meet the needs of customers, such as electricity, steam, and cold and hot water, makes it possible to minimize energy loss and maximize energy-saving efficiency.

The Kawasaki Energy Center has introduced this system for 10 years, but we have maintained high energy efficiency by implementing appropriate maintenance and operation management.
