SAN-AI OBBLI Group have various systems to achieve employee's good work-life balance.

Leave System

Refreshment leave

Leave system granted for 15 years (5 days), 25 years (10 days), and 35 years (10 days).

Childcare leave and shortened working hours for childcare

Family Care Leave and Reduced Working Hours for Family Care

Medical checkup subsidy

Enhancement of employee education and training systems

SAN-AI OBBLI employee education is based on its management philosophy, the SAN-AI Spirit, and is conducted at a training center located in the mountains of Atami, which is rich in nature.
In addition to acquiring knowledge and skills, we also provide training to train employees in their minds. In the event of a corona disaster, we have created an environment in which employees with diverse attributes can take courses online. In addition to supporting self-development through correspondence courses and other means, we are also working to develop human resources with a wide range of expertise through studies abroad at universities and training at research institutes.

Ichimura Nature School is a specified non-profit corporation established to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Kiyoshi Ichimura, the founder of the Ricoh SAN-AI Group. Students from the fourth grade of elementary school to the second grade of junior high school develop their discipline, independence, and creativity through nature experience activities and communal living, mainly agricultural work. SAN-AI OBBLI CO., LTD. supports the activities of the school as a corporate member.
