Initiatives for women's health
Since the improvement of employee health literacy also leads to the improvement of work performance, we provided video viewing education on the health of men and women and on the health of women. In the Health Edition for Men and Women, the difference between men and women and their respective problems were discussed in the Administrative Edition as an opportunity for managers and men to learn about sexual problems and illnesses specific to women. From the questionnaire after viewing, it was possible to identify issues such as the number of women who suffered from a decline in work performance due to a menstrual disorder that was not so serious as to visit a hospital, and the necessity of a flexible working style. As a result, the level of satisfaction among viewers was 3.72 (5-level evaluation).
Understanding of mental health
Management to improve understanding of developmental disorders, which have recently become increasingly recognized

A total of three seminars were held from fiscal 2022 to fiscal 2023, with a total of 147 participants. Participants commented that they felt it was necessary to acquire knowledge about developmental disabilities and that they would like to make use of it in their future responses.
Food seminar
In order to improve the dietary habits of our employees, SAN-AI OBBLI CO.,LTD. held a meal seminar in the main social conference room. On the day of the event, 30 employees participated, listening to a lecture by a public health nurse, "The knack of a meal that suppresses sleepiness after meals," and tried a lunch served by a supervising nutritionist. Is it Employees who participated in the program expressed their opinions such as "I want to be aware of the eight minutes of the abdomen," "I was able to know the causes of sleepiness after meals," and "I was able to understand that too much of the carbohydrate cut was not good." Ninety-three percent of the employees who participated in the seminar were highly satisfied with the answer "Satisfaction." As a result of tasting, this boxed lunch has been introduced at the Head Office as one of the employees' health support.
