Code of Conduct
These are the standards by which the officers and employees of the SAN-AI OBBLI Group judge whether something is “good or bad” and “right or wrong".
1. Sincerity and honesty
When we think and act in our business activities, "Sincerity" and "honesty" are the standards for the highest priority.
2.Compliance with laws and regulations
We are aware of our responsibilities as members of society and always act in accordance with laws and regulations.
We do observe the regulations of employment, the financial authority regulation, the business transaction regulation, and other regulations of the Company.

- We do not use the superior position to engage in exchanges on terms that unduly bind the business partner.

- We do not require Group companies to take in unreasonable goods or pay unreasonable expenses.
- We do take a firm stand against antisocial activities and forces without contact with them.
(5)Management of Confidential Information
- We do not disclose the Company's confidential information to any third party without permission or use it for its own benefit.
- When disclosing confidential information of the Company to a third party for business purposes, a confidentiality agreement must be concluded.
- We do not use insider information obtained from the company or other companies to buy or sell securities or conduct other transactions. (Insider information: Important internal information that has not yet been published)
- We do not use unauthorized copies of computer software, because unauthorized use of information owned by others violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- We properly manage personal information and customer information and do not disclose or provide to a third party without the consent of the person in question.
3.Protecting the natural environment and contributing to local communities
We actively take action to solve environmental issues in order to leave the earth's environment in a healthy state to our descendants.
